International support

Live chat and email tickets. Two equal support channels.

Customers choose live chat, email, Gmail, WhatsApp, Messenger or Instagram. Your team handles conversations and requests in one workspace while OpenAI removes the language barrier.

01 · Live chat and real-time translation

Customers write in their language. Your team replies in theirs.

The chat widget connects a visitor directly to an operator. euro.support automatically detects the language and continuously translates both sides without copying text into external tools.

Two-way real-time translation: Operators and customers read messages in their own language. The original remains available for review and the dialogue retains its context.

One conversation history: Messages, language, assignment and conversation status stay together so another operator can continue seamlessly.

02 · Email and tickets

Email and tickets in one support workflow.

Incoming email is checked for unwanted content and converted into an organized request with an owner, status, translation and complete history. You can also assign an AI agent to answer requests automatically when it has enough reliable information.

Email becomes a ticket: Every incoming message creates a traceable request that can be assigned, followed and closed.

Optional AI ticket replies: Choose an AI agent for incoming tickets. It answers only when it can build a reliable response from its assigned data sources, verified questions and answers, or API functions; otherwise the request stays with the team.

03 · WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram

Three messaging channels. One place for your team.

Connect WhatsApp Business numbers, Facebook Pages and Instagram Professional accounts through their official authorization flows. New conversations arrive in one shared inbox where your team can answer without switching between separate applications.

One shared inbox: WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram conversations use the same clear list and conversation detail, so agents always know where a message came from and what was already discussed.

Communication across languages: Incoming messages are available in the agent’s language and replies can be translated back to the customer’s language while the original wording remains accessible.

04 · Gmail tickets

Your Gmail inbox becomes part of the ticket queue.

Connect an existing Gmail address through Google authorization. New messages become tickets in the same overview as your other email requests, replies are sent from the connected Gmail account, and an assigned AI agent can answer when it has a reliable response.

Connect without forwarding: An administrator authorizes the selected Gmail account directly. There is no need to change the public support address or set up forwarding rules.

AI agent for Gmail tickets: The selected AI agent can use its assigned data sources, verified questions and answers, and API functions. It replies only when it can answer reliably; uncertain requests remain with your team.

One team, one history and the customer’s language on both channels.

Chat is ideal for an immediate answer. Email and Gmail tickets keep longer requests organized and can be handled by your team or an assigned AI agent. Every channel remains part of the same international support process.

How it works

From live chat or email to the right answer.

Customers can contact you through live chat or a ticket email address. OpenAI translates both channels, while each widget can connect directly to your team, use an AI agent, or combine both modes.

Step 01

Configure channels and widget modes

Add a widget for live or AI support and create ticket email mailboxes. Assign the data sources each AI widget is allowed to use.

In the administration, you configure widget modes, permitted data sources and ticket email mailboxes. The same system can connect customers directly to your team on one website, involve AI first on another and receive email requests for every market.

Outcome

One platform adapts to every market and support channel.

Step 02

Customers write in their own language

Live messages are translated in real time, incoming emails become translated tickets and the AI agent replies directly in the customer’s language.

Customers write naturally without choosing the team’s working language. Live chat is translated continuously for both sides, emails are stored as translated tickets, and the AI agent finds relevant information in its assigned sources before answering.

Outcome

Live chats and email tickets arrive ready for your team to handle.

Step 03

AI hands off to a person or ticket

If AI cannot answer reliably or the customer asks for an operator, it hands the conversation to your live team. Outside working hours, the request can continue as a ticket.

If AI cannot answer reliably, the customer asks for an operator or an escalation rule applies, the conversation moves to the team. The operator receives the history, language and retrieved information; when nobody is online, the same request continues as a ticket.

Outcome

The operator continues in chat or a ticket with the full context.

Functions

Everything for international support in one system.

Translated live chat, email tickets, AI agents, quick replies, automatic categorization, conversation history, statistics and API all work together. Your team keeps the full context and every customer gets help in their own language.

01

E-mail support

Turn incoming emails into clear, assigned tickets with automatic translation and complete context. Your team can handle them directly or assign an AI agent to answer reliable requests.

02

Live chat

Customers write naturally in their own language and your team answers in theirs. Translation happens instantly and invisibly on both sides.

03

API functions called by AI agents

Selected AI agents can securely call configured API functions during a conversation and use the returned data in their reply. E-commerce examples include orders, tracking, inventory and confirmed cancellation.

04

Quick replies

Save recurring answers in a shared library. Operators can find and insert them into a live chat or ticket without writing the same response again.

05

Tickets

Email, Gmail, live chat and tickets share one workspace. Your team keeps the full context, while a selected AI agent can answer tickets when it has enough reliable information.

06

AI ticket categorization

OpenAI selects a category from the incoming email content. The ticket is then shown to agents responsible for that area or to team members with access to all categories.

07

Automatic spam evaluation

Incoming email is checked for spam and harmful content. Suspicious messages are separated before translation and AI processing, while operators can review and restore them manually.

08

AI conversation history

Review AI agent communication and filter it by agent, country or period. Your team stays in control of what automation has told customers.

09

Translation at a new quality level

OpenAI translates messages with context and consistent terminology. Your team can still view the original text and take over sensitive or complex communication.

10

Categorized help center

Give your team a help center organized into editable categories and translated articles, so guidance remains easy to find across supported languages.

11

Statistics

Statistics, notifications and ownership make it obvious what is waiting, what is resolved and where the team can improve.

12

Ticket API

Create tickets from your e-shop, backend or an internal system through a protected API key and bring external requests into the same support workflow.

FAQ

Clear answers before you start.

Translated live chat, email tickets, AI agents, quick replies, automatic categorization, conversation history, statistics and API all work together. Your team keeps the full context and every customer gets help in their own language.

Can I use euro.support without translations?

Yes. If customer and agent speak the same language, messages are not translated.

Can I use euro.support for multiple domains?

Absolutely. You can manage multiple domains and e-shops with one account. Each domain can have its own widget and default language.

Is AI translation reliable enough?

For everyday customer support, current AI models provide natural and context-aware translations while keeping terminology consistent. The original message remains available for review, and sensitive or complex cases can be handed to a person.

What happens when the customer asks for a human?

OpenAI function calling triggers the same server-side handoff as the live-support button. If an agent is online, the chat enters the queue. If not, the customer can create a ticket.

How do I provide data without building an API?

For products, you can add the URL of a Google Merchant feed. For policies, services and procedures, you can create your own questions and answers directly in the administration.

How is the new pricing calculated?

The plan determines the monthly credit capacity and the number of managed ticket email mailboxes. Credits reflect the actual cost of an AI operation, including the model used and its input, cached-input and output tokens. All product features are available in every paid plan.
